Postage Rates

UK: £5.00

Europe: £7.00

USA & Canada: £10.00

Rest of the World: £15.00

Orders solely for Decals, achieving a minimum goods value of at least £10.00, are offered at discounted postal rates:  Zero for UK, £2.00 for Europe, £3.00 for USA & Canada and £4.00 for all other destinations.  Standard rates will be charged at time of ordering via the website. We will then make an appropriate manual refund around the time of dispatch of your order.

Postal rates are based upon Standard Second Class Royal Mail services for UK orders and Royal Mail Airmail for all other destinations. Larger and more valuable orders, to all destinations, may be sent by an alternative service, such as Tracked Mail or UPS, at our discretion. 

Alternative delivery services may be requested but may incur an additional charge. 


All payments will be taken in pound £ sterling.
Payments are taken at the time of order. Any items not available will be refunded.
Your credit card company will convert the payment into your local currency at their exchange rate.

Cancellation of orders

A full refund will be made in the event of a cancellation of an order providing this is done before your order has been despatched.  Cancellations after despatch will require you to return the goods to us at your cost and we will only refund the cost of the goods.

Returns and Replacements

A customer may return goods within 7 working days of receipt for a full refund less shipping costs.

The customer is responsible for the costs incurred in returning the goods, except in cases of faulty, damaged or wrongly supplied goods.  The goods must be returned in the condition in which they were first supplied.  Please include a covering letter explaining the reason for the goods being returned and your full name and address.  The customer will be refunded within 30 days of our receipt of returned goods.

Missing goods, damaged goods or any other disputes should be reported either by email or by telephone within 7 working days of receipt.  We will endeavour to correct faults and replace where possible, however the goods may be returned for a full refund (including postage).
