Postage Rates

UK: £5.00

Europe: £7.00

USA & Canada: £10.00

Rest of the World: £15.00

Orders for Decals only (minimum order £10.00) are offered at discounted postal rates:  Zero for UK, £2.00 for Europe, £3.00 for US & Canada and £4.00 for all other destinations.  Standard rates will be charged at time of ordering but refund will be made on despatch of order.

Postal rates are based on Standard Second Class Royal Mail services.  We use airmail for foreign orders.

Alternative delivery options can be made available, please contact us to arrange but an additional charge will be requested.

Payments

All payments will be taken in pound £ sterling.
Payments are taken at the time of order. Any items not available will be refunded.
Your credit card company will convert the payment into your local currency at their exchange rate.

Processing Orders

Under normal circumstances we aim to process your order within 2 to 3 working days.  You will be notified by e-mail when your order has been despatched.  Please allow up to 21 days for delivery from that point.  If your order has not arrived within this time please contact us either by email: sales@skytrex.com or by telephone: +44 (0) 1509 213789.  Please note office hours are from 8.30am to 3.30pm, Monday to Friday.

Cancellation of orders

A full refund will be made in the event of a cancellation of an order providing this is done before your order has been despatched.  Cancellations after despatch will require you to return the goods to us at your cost and we will only refund the cost of the goods.

Returns and Replacements

A customer may return goods within 7 working days of receipt for a full refund less shipping costs.

The customer is responsible for the costs incurred in returning the goods, except in cases of faulty, damaged or wrongly supplied goods.  The goods must be returned in the condition in which they were first supplied.  Please include a covering letter explaining the reason for the goods being returned and your full name and address.  The customer will be refunded within 30 days of our receipt of returned goods.

Missing goods, damaged goods or any other disputes should be reported either by email or by telephone within 7 working days of receipt.  We will endeavour to correct faults and replace where possible, however the goods may be returned for a full refund (including postage).
